Do credits expire?
Bundle credits last 12 months from purchase. Single-event passes are valid until you run the show. Your rundowns and notes stay saved either way.
Who am I buying from?
Payments are handled by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle is the authorised reseller of runthe.show, processes your payment, and appears on your receipt and card statement. The service itself is operated by PT Alpha Jaya Inovasi.
Can I get a refund?
