Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for credits and event passes purchased on runthe.show. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, who handles billing and the issuing of refunds on our behalf.
1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on credit purchases. You may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase, provided the credits remain unused. Once a credit has been spent to run a show, it is considered used and is no longer eligible for a refund.
2. Single-Event Passes
Single-event passes are refundable within the 7-day window only if the associated show has not yet been run. Once a pass has been used to run a show, it is non-refundable.
3. Bundles and Subscriptions
For credit bundles, refunds within the 7-day window are issued on the full purchase where no credits from that bundle have been used. Where some credits have already been used, the purchase is no longer eligible for a refund. You can cancel any recurring plan at any time; cancellation stops future charges but does not retroactively refund a billing period already started.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at hello@runthe.show with your order number (found on your Paddle receipt) and the email address used at checkout. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle.com back to your original payment method; the time for funds to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
5. Merchant of Record
Paddle.com Market Ltd acts as the Merchant of Record (authorised reseller) for all purchases on runthe.show. Paddle’s own buyer terms also apply to your purchase, including the handling of payment disputes and chargebacks. You can review them at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.
6. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under applicable law, including statutory rights of withdrawal for consumers in the EU/EEA and elsewhere. Where mandatory local law grants you stronger refund rights than those described above, those rights prevail.
